When you need a written record of what has been said during your audio or web conference, our transcription services are the perfect solution.
Simply record your conference call using our built-in recording functions and order a transcription online from our website by logging into your account.
We offer you two levels of service; standard and express.
If you select our standard service you will receive an email containing the transcript of your audio conference within 24 hours.
For more urgent requirements, select our express service before noon (UK time) and your transcript will be emailed to you the same day.
